Client Survey
Our Client Survey ensures that we understand your business and its objectives. Once we have met face-to-face, we will present you with the Client Survey, a multi-page document containing questions designed to find out more about you and your business. The completed Client Survey allows us to create a Project Brief which will be used as a milestone document throughout the project.

Project Brief
Our Project Brief ensures that we all understand what we are creating and where we are going. The Project Brief is an important document created by Cambridge Webworks and signed by the client. It defines the scope of the project and ensures common agreement between the two parties.

Project Timeline
Our Project Timeline ensures we all get to the right point on time. Each stage of the project is dated so that both parties have a detailed guide as to what must be delivered and when.

The final review allows us to review the site for final tweaks.
Once the site is completed, we have a final review which allows us to go through the site with you and make sure that everything has been completed to your satisfaction.

Official handover meeting with training and documentation.
Once the site is completed, we will schedule an official meeting to handover the site to you.  We will also provide training on how to operate your new website and, based on the training given, we will provide written manuals one week after the training, documenting any specific processes covered in your training session - which means that the documentation is individual and specific to your needs and your site.
