Phase one of Onion CMS Completed
Great News from Cambridge Webworks, our new CMS 'The Onion' has now officially entered testing after completing phase one of the project. We have now been able to start on building a phase two and three project plan along with starting our 1st site with 'The Onion' for one of our clients. This next phase will take us up to the end of the year and into the first couple of weeks of January. We are all really excited about what lies ahead for Cambridge Webworks in 2008 as we will have a fully functional framework for building truly content managed websites.

We are very keen to start demos of 'The Onion' and we are in the process of placing the core code online for user testing. We are keen to hear from developers and desingers as well as clients who would like a live demo of 'The Onion', so we can show off its unique qualities and talk about what we are looking to add in the following phases. More importantly though we are keen for feedback on what you think should be in a CMS, what is a must and what would be nice to have.
Call us and talk with Kirsty to organise an online demo from one of our developers or from our lead visionary on 'The Onion'. We are sure you will not be dissapointed.
We will be updating this article in the comming weeks to let you know what's new and when available we will place the link to 'The Onion' webpage.
Finally we are keen to talk with web developers and designers as we are looking to license our CMS and are keen to see what developers are using now and whether 'The Onion' has a future with developers and designers alike.
